  • Psychotherapy and life coaching for women who want to embrace the full expanse of their inner and outer lives.

Are you longing to live in deeper alignment? Are you ready to use embodiment as a guide to your own knowing and next steps? I offer individual therapy rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and a blend of coaching to support you on your healing and growth journey.

I work with women who feel called to deepen their inner connection, honor their truth, and embrace the full range of who they are. Together, we amplify the whisper of longing within, nurture your well-being, and cultivate what is waiting to grow. This is an invitation to expand your capacity to dance with the "brutiful" fullness of life—the beauty, joy, suffering, and complexity that comes from living authentically.

This work is for women ready to explore new patterns and ways of being, heal emotional wounds, and honor what they truly desire.

Therapy helps us remember our wholeness by tending to wounded places with love and acceptance. Coaching allows us to listen to our longings and use the gifts uncovered through healing to move toward what matters most. Together, these practices offer a powerful path to meaningful change.

If you’re ready to explore what’s next, I’d love to connect with you. Please reach out below to schedule a free 20 minute consultation call.

From Heather Bradley to Zoe Benoît: A journey of transformation

You may have known me as Heather Bradley. After deep reflection, I recently embraced a new name: Zoe Heather Benoît. Zoe (meaning life or aliveness) has been calling to me for many years, and it felt right to listen. Benoît is my mother's maiden name, a meaningful choice to honor both my French roots and the reawakening of the feminine lineage in my family.

Although this shift had been unfolding over time, it fully claimed me during a Vision Fast with the School of Lost Borders in July 2024. It was in the wilderness that my new name took root and felt fully aligned with who I am becoming.

My full name is now Zoe Heather Benoît, but please feel free to call me Zoe. (And Benoît is pronounced - Ben-Wah)

If you are new to my work, I invite you to explore more about my background and training here

  • Wild:

Deeply connected to nature, instinct, presence. As Clarissa Pinkola Estates states wild is…”the instinctual nature in a woman that feeds her creativity and her interior soul life”.

    Woman:

Welcoming cis, queer, and trans women. Welcoming the full range of masculine, feminine, and queer self expression.  Welcoming those who identify as ‘she’ or ‘they’. If you feel called to reach out - you are welcome here.

    Journey:

    v. to travel somewhere

These journeys aren’t about reaching a final destination—they are about discovering yourself along the way. Our journey together is a process of slowing down, listening inward, and unfolding at your own pace. There is nowhere to arrive.

Every step matters, and every pause is part of the path. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or a deeper sense of alignment, this journey is yours to shape. I’ll walk alongside you, offering tools and practices that help you feel grounded, embodied, and inspired to live in alignment with who you are becoming.
